By incorporating energy recovery into the polishing scrubber, we can cool the gas through flue gas condensation. This process not only further reduces emissions but also boosts the production of district heat and generates a relatively clean condensate. This condensate can be upgraded for various uses, such as boiler make-up water.
The combination of low operating temperatures and extremely low emissions makes these scrubbers ideal for integrating Carbon Capture technology downstream. GMAB™ offers standardized gas treatment scrubbers based on our different gas treatment technologies including acids removal, gas condensation, ADIOX dioxin removal. The units are compact and designed for a minimum on-site erection work.
