Wet and Hybrid cooling Towers
We specialize in designing wet cooling (mechanical and natural draft) systems, dry cooling systems, and hybrid cooling solutions tailored to site-specific needs. Our expertise ensures plants meet diverse project requirements, including high seismic and wind loads, vibration control, corrosion resistance, low-noise emission, sub-freezing operation, and seawater applications. We adhere to relevant codes, guidelines, and customer specifications to ensure safe operation, easy maintenance, and energy efficiency in cooling plant design.
Dry Systems
Dry cooling technology, including air-cooled condensers (ACC) and air fin coolers (AFC), is becoming increasingly significant in our global applications due to the growing emphasis on water conservation by plant owners and operators. This technology, widely adopted in renewable energy plants, is environmentally friendly, eliminates hot water discharge, and requires minimal maintenance.
Service
SPIG delivers expert technical after-sales support and comprehensive field services, from installation and commissioning to performance testing and equipment optimization. We offer upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and wet-dry conversions. Our global reach includes long-term service agreements and cooling system spare parts. With a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team, we execute projects to exceed international engineering standards, minimizing or eliminating downtime by completing upgrades while the plant remains operational
In our commitment to global sustainability, we focus on innovative solutions that conserve water and reduce air pollution. By advancing hybrid cooling and closed-loop systems, we aim to minimize water usage and ensure cleaner air in industrial processes, contributing to a clearer, more sustainable future.
SPIG’s facilities are designed to support this mission, encompassing engineering, sales, project management, procurement, logistics, quality control, administration, and specialized services. We operate with over 500 square meters of R&D laboratories and more than 8,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor warehouse space, equipped with three loading docks and a bar-coding system to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. In 2020, we expanded our capabilities by adding a state-of-the-art research facility dedicated to testing wet and dry cooling technologies.
Our R&D team is committed to enhancing thermal performance, efficiency, noise reduction, and overall product reliability. This focus on innovation ensures that our products meet the highest standards for a wide range of applications, including power generation, combined cycle and cogeneration, district heating and cooling, oil and petrochemical, steel and metals, pulp and paper, food processing, general industrial and manufacturing, and waste-to-energy. By continually advancing our technologies and operations, we strive to support industries worldwide in achieving their sustainability goals.
